Players in my league know to call me in a situation like this, and did. I made changes to their lineups once Yahoo was back up only if the call was made prior to the games start. I wish week 10 wouldn't count...I lost...lol.
Probably the minority of owners who forgot to set their line-up's before the blackout occurred and Yahoo is giving the option of eliminating the week in fairness to them.(I say tough luck) I wouldn't change my league settings to accommodate those owners.
