HOW DOES THIS TYPE OF TRADE WORK? (PREFER IF A COMMISH ANSWERS BUT OPEN TO ALL RESPONSES)

I have played fantasy football for many years now and there is much I know but I have a question in regard to a trade. If two teams decide to make a trade on thursday night after one of the players have already played that week, then should that trade go through after the alotted time passes? In our league it takes one day from the initial day the trade was pushed through to pass. So if a trade is accepted on Thursday then it will be done and pushed through by Saturday. Another question is that if a player such as Marshawn Lynch has played already and he is part of that trade then should he be the reason that trade didn't go through? Should that trade go through or does it get delyed until a new week starts? I'm asking this because I'm hoping my commish is not creating any collusion in the league.

If someone could help answer this question, I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
