Commissioner Corner Message Board

My league does not have any waiver settings put in place, all 16 players in my league like it first come first serve. My question is what time do players become available, we can't seem to figure it out? Is there a way for me to set it so everyone knows exactly when players can be picked up? Would turning on the waiver rule gametime - tuesday help me with this problem? Thanks
