commish cheating??

the commish in my league lost forte to injury.. during waivers a player added barber thru waivers.. our league is different and we are only allowed one backup so he had to cut a running back. not sure y but he cut stephen jackson and since he is on the cant cut list the commish had to do that. one minute later he added jackson without having to clear him thru waivers.. is that right?? he claims that when he drops players from other managers rosters they go strait to FA.. i call BS

  It depends on your league settings, if the league is set to put players on FA as soon as they are dropped then anyone can add the player. In our league we allow for players to go right to FA as soon as dropped. Check you league settings and if you settings ask for a player to clear WW then yeah your comish cheated.
