Trade Jennings for Marshall & Nicks?

Okay, my current receivers are:
Greg Jennings
Vincent Jackson
Stevie Johnson
Jackson is inconsistent & I refuse to start him again, Stevie Johnson is okay, but seems to be on the decline.
I was offered the following trade:
Jennings for any of these 2:
Brandon Marshall
Victor Cruz
Hakeem Nicks
Dwayne Bowe
I'm leaning towards Marshall & Nicks, or do I just keep Jennings & stick with Johnson as my secondary?
