agonized all week over this one.......
......i have two flex spots open in a ppr league. my choices are steven jackson vs. cardinals--- beanie wells vs. rams or legarrette blount vs the saints. which one of these guys do i sit?
-
I think I'd sit blount, i'd consider sitting beanie though, any of thge three of them could have huge games, and this is a great problem to have i must say, but i have to agree that blount has the best chance to flop, cause if the saints go up big, he'll become a non-factor

With Bradford out S. Jax got me 36 points last week! Blount & Beenie are really the only RB's those teams have, but I'd go with Blount cuz NO is giving up a TON of rushing yards (S. Jax last week)plus Kolb is out and Beenie is hurt (knee). At least Blount has a REAL QB handing him the ball and is coming off a bye so he's well rested...

thanks dave....seems like only bucs fans have any faith in blount. i'm practically your neighbor in belleair.

any fresh opinions on this topic?

Cards offense totally banged up...Kolb probably out. Defense will key on the run & force "John Skelton" to throw. Blount will run all day on a poor run defense as Bucs try to control ball/clock, plus he's had 2+ weeks to heal up & Graham is out for season. He's going to be in on 3rd down as well & has been working on receiving (3rd down situations)...sit Beanie.

on the flip side(literally) you could say the same about steven jackson. bradford's iffy at best and the rams likely will not have him drop back too many times if he does play. that being said......i view my situation as a good one to have since these are only flex spots i need to fill.

start steven jackson and beanie wells.
keep checking on the status of Wells though -
I'd say Jackson. For sure.

Sit the other 2 :P

sit blount.

with earnest graham out and no real backup doesn't anyone else feel like blount is ripe for a huge game? steven jackson ran for 159 on the saint d last week.

Better believe it! Graham is out for the season too. He'll be in on 3rd down as well & Bucs will be runnin heavy to control the clock! Blount BIG game....
-
Agree with rest Sit Blount

What degree of "Questionable" is Beanie?

he'll certainly play since he did last week. the cards dont really have a viable backup so he'll get plenty of touches.
