  • Is this a shady attempt to cheat? or not...

So, I am co-commish, and yesterday I was playing one of my best friends who is the primary commish in a pay league. Yesterday, we watched all of the noon games together, specifically the Tennessee vs. Indy game and the San Fran vs. Cleveland Game. During the game he was getting pissed because one of his starting RB's Chris Johnson (TN) wasn't getting as many carries as Javon Ringer, and I'm fairly certain he was hoping for a pass to SF TE Vernon Davis, who was also on his team.

After all the games were over yesterday, at 11:30 PM ET, I was ahead by 9 points and all our players had played. I woke up this morning, and his lineup now shows Vernon Davis on his bench, and Javon Ringer as a secondary RB in his lineup, giving him a .6 point lead over me. I know the commish can change any team's lineup for any week, but when they change the CURRENT week's lineup, it doesn't show up under the "commish changes" section. His points the night before DEFINITIVELY showed his total with Davis, not Ringer. Also of note: it is showing that he did not add Ringer until 2:54 PM ET, which shouldn't be possible since the Titans started at 1:00.

When confronted he says that minutes before the game began, he added Ringer and substituted him into his lineup minutes before the game started via his Mobile App for Android, yet made no complaints yesterday when we were playing about Ringer not showing up in his active lineup.

So, my question is: Is it possible he really did make the changes, even though it doesn't seem like he did, and the mobile app just didn't update his roster until after the games were finished last night? Or did he commit some league treason and change his lineup using the commish tools after the games ended so he could pull out a win?

Thanks for reading and taking the time to help me...
