Commissioner Corner Message Board
I have Wayne and he isn't doing much for me I have read everywhere to drop him but I am not sure for who. Who would you drop him for out of these available players?
Michael Jenkins, Deion Branch, Jabar Gaffney, Nate Washington, Lance Moore, Malcom Flyod, Johnny Knox, Sidney Rice?
This is my team...
QB Drew Brees
WR Dez Bryant
WR Hakeem Nicks
WR A.J. Green
RB Chris Johnson
RB Steven Jackson
TE Jason Witten
BN Brandon Marshall
BN Reggie Wayne
BN Cedric Benson
BN Tony Gonzalez
BN Ryan Fitzpatrick
BN Jahvid Best
K Jason Hanson
I wouldn't drop Wayne either, but if you absolutely want to, I would take Gaffney. He was already getting looks, and now that Moss is out 5-7 weeks, he's number one WR for Washington. Michael Jenkins is risky cause of Percey Harvin, but he has good potential upside since Harvin is so injury prone and he seemed to have a good rapport with Ponder. Still, Gaffney's the safer bet though.

I wouldnt drop Reggie Wayne judging on your team line up. If you want to absolutely drop him go for Gaffney. I have pretty much the same line up as you and I feel like Reggie Wayne will get his ish together sooner than later. He was a premier WR last yr he just needs a better connection with Painter to get the same looks that Garcon is getting. Either way the QB situation over at the Colts is hurting his value.

If you have your mind set on dropping him then I would roll with Gaffney or Jenkins. With Moss out Gaffney will be getting a lot more looks. Jenkins seems to have some with Ponder (who can chuck the rock a long way), but you always have to be worried about AP being the focal point of the vikings.
Oh didn't realize you were a girl, I should prob be nicer. Sorry. So basically you're never gonna start any of those guys over the players you have so what's the point in dropping someone like reggie wayne. lol and you should play at the very least in at least a 10 team league next year. GL
