Brandon Pettigrew or Marcedes Lewis

In a PPR league should I sit or play Brandon Pettigrew or Marcedes Lewis? Pettigrew has become one of Shaun Hill's new favorite receiver's to pass to and had 75 reception yards last week against Dallas, while Marcedes Lewis had 66 reception yards and a touchdown last week against Cleveland. I'm in a crucial battle for a playoff spot and am trying to decide
