  That's entirely unhelpful but mildly amusing nonetheless. No, it's my first time as a commissioner and I'm just trying to make sure I have my definition correct so I can pay the right person. (Hopefully it won't be me but I wouldn't rule it out -- I'm tied for first with three others at 6-4 but I have the most points and most points scored against me).
