  Jennings vs. crappy Dallas secondary is a must, and given Fitzgerald's week last week, I would start him too. Wes Welker's numbers have declined big time since the emergence of Green-Ellis and the departure of Moss. Assuming Desean Jackson is healthy and ready to go, i would go with Desean Jackson, who had a big game the last time Vick was healthy.
