Commissioner Corner Message Board
In my league I had a player with 3 QBs on their roster add and then drop 2 other QBs within 48 hours.
this not only put them on our general 2 day waiver priority - but we have it set that at 1pm on Sunday all players go on waivers so they won't be available to next week.
Clearly it was a strategy a lot of other managers are yelling about.
Any opinions on what to do? We don't have any "official rule" against it.
Someone suggested opening the players up to the league and having the commissioner (me) manually adding the player to the person with the highest waiver priority.
I'm open to any opinions for this?
If the other managers wanted these QBs so badly, why did they wait so long to try and pick one up? They should have put in a waiver claim at the beginning of the week, and then the offending manager would not have been able to grab both of them.
The guy is clearly being a douche, but I don't see how it goes against any rules. He had to drop 2 of his own bench players to do this, so its not like it didn't affect him at all.
Yeah I agree with the last reply. You cant blame the guy/gal for a smart play. Im guessing the person he plays this week is in need of a qb ? If so it was a classic move. Do you have a max waiver number or pay for waiver transactions both will help to negate moves like that.
