Would you let this happen in your league?

The very first sentence in the NFL Constitution & Bylaws under Trade conditions states, "No trade may be made between member clubs in any season wherein the player traded may revert to or be traded back to the original club unless through the normal procedures of trading, waiving, etc as described in this section."
Basically it says that the only way that they can do this is by putting the players on waivers and then picking them up off of waivers. What they need to remember is that the waivers are systematic and once they put the player on waivers, anyone in the league who has a prior waiver standing to them gets first shot at the players. That means when they put them on waivers, if I'm before them in the waiver list and I want Hill or Garcon..I can take him and theres nothing anyone can do about it. They can't trade the players but they can drop them and hope that no one else takes them first. That is the NFL rule.
