Commissioner Corner Message Board
I have a lax job, that allows for a lot of time on the computer. I spend a lot of time working with fantasy. I currently have 3 teams that are undefeated. If you have any questions, from who to start, to trade offers, to opinions, let me know. I'll be glad to help whomever I can.

I'd go Desean, Vincent, and Harrison. Desean is Jackson's preferred target, Houston (Indy's opponent this weekend) has a week secondary. Moss has a history of giving up on bad QB's (see Oakland 2006). It wouldn't be a bad idea to trade him straight up for Steve Smith if the Jackson offer doesn't work. Lastly Denver is primarily a running team, and with Marshall back at WR Royal's producitivy should decline, plus they're playing a decent TB defense. Definetly start Desean, Vincent, Harrison.
Dude i am with you on that i got Jennings Edwards, lee evans, Desean JAckson, Hines Ward, And Jerricho Crochtry. In my person Opinion for you man i would start Moss Desean and Eddie Royal, Royal has been tearing it up lately and has become a potential threat to go deep for cutler who likes to throw his way. Desean has also done that for McNabb but i feel his value is a little better seeing he returns kicks and punts and you cant ever go wrong with Moss if yo ugot any advice send it my way bro. Peace

Go with Fitz, Wayne, and T.O. until Boldin proves that he's REALLY back. A lot of time players rush their recovery and take the field at less than 100%. I'd let him sit that first week and then if he proves better than Fitz, start him the following. You don't want to start 2 WR's on the same team. Your entire fantasy week depends on that one team having a good passing offense that one game. Start one or the other. On Colston, I'd do the same. Let him prove he can catch the ball, once he does so, start the the three receivers facing the weakest secondary's. You can go to NFL.com to check out the weekly Rushing/Pasing/Total Offense/Defense rankings. I use this when I'm undecided about who to start in a certain week. It's under Team Stats.

I need help with my wide out and running backs... One of each by the way...
Should i play
Deuce Mccalister vs MIN
Ryan Grant vs ATL
or Brandon Jacobs vs SEA
then wide outs
Vincent Jackons vs MIA
Lance Moore vs Min
or Benard Berrian vs NO?
any adivce would be greatly appreciated
not for Engram, but I would try to diversify your receivers. Try to keep 2 WRs from the same team. It limits the offense you can utilize. Try to trade Gonzo for someone of equal status at this same point in the season.
my QBs are Brees and Warner - but I have crap at WR - which trade would you make ( keep in mind we start 4 wrs )
Brees for Brandon Marshall OR
Warner fro Roddy White and Lance Moore ?
my wrs are Harrison - Bowe - Bryant - Bry. Johnson - Walker and Stuckey...I need help.

Yes sir, you definately should. LenDale is going now in Tenn, and the eagles will start falling apart any minute. plus jackson made so many mistakes sunday night. he gonna start sucking too.
Jennings, and Lewis will both be consistent starters...
I wouldn't. Jennings is the better WR, and unless Johnson (very talented) makes big runs, he won't score TD's. There man in the redzone is Lendale White. Stay with Jennings and Lewis. Cleveland has played some very tough opponents. They'll improve compared to what they been over the first 4 weeks.

If you're talking about Eli, I'd go with Manning, If you're talking about Peyton, I'd go with Cutler.
Matt Forte, and Grant. I know Grant hasn't been impressive but he's been nursing an injury and he should finally be at 100% this weekend. Combine that with a 23rd ranked rushing defense of Atl and he should score points this weekend.
I have Turner as a RB who I want to trade.
We start 2 QB's, 3 WR and 2 RB.
The person I want to propose a trade for has Rivers or McNabb who I want. What is a fair trade I can give him?
He needs Huard if he trades as there are no starting QB's left as free agents.
QB - Eli
QB - Huard
WR - A. Boldin
WR - L. Evans
WR - Roy Williams
WR - Patrick Crayton
WR - Bryant Johnson
RB - Steven Jackson
RB - Duece McAllister
RB - M. Turner
RB - L. Maroney
I was thinking Turner, Huard and Crayton for McNabb?
Possibly Turner, Huard and Evans for Rivers?

You're giving up way too much for McNabb. If you're dead set on getting rid of Turner offer Turner and Huard for McNabb and one of his average RB's. Remember Turner has scored more points than McNabb, which isn't very common for RB's
OK, I was proposed MOJO and Randy Moss for Clinton Portis?
i kno the kid too so i think i could counter it for LJ instead of portis maybe??? let me kno what you think all your input will be appreciated thanks!
im 4and0 first place. heres my squad
WR B marshall
WR Desean Jackson
RB Clint Portis
W/R Thomas Jones

Clinton Portis is a great talent, and Randy Moss won't start on this team. So you'd trade away a starting RB, to downgrade at RB and add a WR to your bench. It doesn't make much sense. You're 4-0 roll with it for a couple weeks, and don't make any trades that doesn't improve your starting roster.

You never want a RB and a QB from the same team. If the team has a bad offensive week, your fantasy week is screwed. I'd go with Griese if there was no other option, but look into Trent Edwards, Jason Campbell, J.T. O' Sullivan, Kurt Warner, and Matt Schaub as one week fill-ins. They're available in a lot of leagues, and are all more viable QB's than Griese.
