If they do not correct this, I would not waste my time playing in such a league. For you own benefit, you can track How that team would have done, and declare yourself the winner if you would have one. Personal satisfaction goes a long way. I hope you don't have money on this...

I don't know of anyone who doesn't consider that cheating....That's one of the golden rules of FF! Anyone who does that is just a bad FF player. Whoever in your league is doing that should be ashamed of themselves.

Thats bad business...should be a cant cut list...and that person who dropped those players should be banned from your league....bad sportsmanship!

I thought about doing the same s#*t as I was the #1 (10-3-1) seed and should have gotten a bye for last week-instead I had to play the #8 seed team (7-7) with all my studs playing in the s#*t weather up north. I got my ass kicked!

Not that I don't feel it's cheating...it is...but once the first place manager picked up the first player, wouldn't his waiver position drop to bottom, leaving the other players for lower ranked managers? Still, I'm a firm believer that once your knocked out, just butt out of the playoffs (regardless of league rules).

Same thing just took place in my league. I led the league most of the season and in the next to the last week of the regular season, the second place team knocked me down to 2nd place. That team went on to lose the first week of the playoffs and is now playing for 3rd place. The owner dumped Brady and Moss along with a couple of other starters. The team I'm playing against in the championship game picked up Brady and Moss on a day I was out of town and didn't have access to the internet. Not that it would have made any difference to me because I would have NEVER picked up another owner's top two stud players in the final week of the playoffs. That's BUSH LEAGUE! Can't believe our league didn't have a rule in place to prohibit this from happening. I guess I was just being naive by thinking no owner would have the gall to do something like that...and this goes not only for the owner that picked the players up but the owner that dropped them. Whether intended or not, this is just plain old fashion COLLUSION!
