    Is this cheating!???

That's the dumbest rule I've ever heard. I guess you can't even draft a player, it might hamper the play of other owners . Oh, and I better make sure nobody else drafts players, because it might hamper my play. Why don't we just say we are all champs and not even play fantasy football! The sole purpose of playing fantasy football is to win, thus hampering the other owners of their play!

    • Read the rule:
      4. No owner will make any roster moves (including waiver claims, trade proposals, etc.) whose sole purpose is to hamper the play of other owners.

The key here is SOLE PURPOSE. Of course all of your moves can hamper other players, however, it is only cheating if the sole purpose of the move is to hamper other players. This guy is cheating - period.
