This is a common problem that can be easy to fix, but only easy on draft day. You have to look at schedules and not draft players who have same week byes. Doing a little research, and not drafting the "best available" player can avoid situations like this, and set you up to pick up the players someone must waive in order to have a team. Too bad you have to give up Big Ben or go without a QB. Sucks to be you dude.
