Who to Start Message Board
I have Mar Reynolds who has been dire this past month and have no back up at all. I have freed up a spot on the roster to pick someone up till he starts to heat back up. This is who's available, who would you pick up?
Thanks for any advise!
If you haven't filled your DL spots yet, I'd look into ARod, put him on the DL and then pick up Francisco in the interm, he is the hottest of all listed players. Doesn't cost you a thing to keep ARod on the DL.
I don't what the rest of your team looks like or what type of league you're in, but if i was in your situation with those choices I'd probably do one of two things.
1. Look to trade for a third baseman, preferably trading Reynolds and someone else for an upgrade.
2. If I were to choose any one of those seven players, I'd pick up Headley even though his numbers aren't that good this year and hope he repeats what he did last year. After the all-star break he hit 23 hr's with 73 rbi's and a .308 avg.
