Who to Start Message Board

It's a 'pitching staff'. It is not every pitcher needs 7 innings, it is the sum total of every pitcher you make active that week's innings pitched. I cannot recall many, if any, RPs you'd start that will get 7 innings of work in one week individually unless they spot start or long relieve twice.
