It's always the Tuesday after the Superbowl. It will be open on February 5th. Last year there was a delay and they couldn't open it up on Tuesday, so it was the Thursday after the Superbowl, so if nothing goes wrong, it will be Feb 5th, but will almost certainly not be later than February 7th.
