Prismatic: Consider this next season. In addition to your main catcher, roster his real-world backup. The backup is usually available after the draft for free. If you did that with McCann & Ross, and played each on the day they were starting, the combined stats for the year to date would be 53 R, 25 HR, 74 RBI, 3 SB. If you add together those counting stats, you have the second best hitting catcher in baseball. This year you would be taking a hit in BA (blended BA is .241), but carrying a backup like Ross can turn a so-so position into a good one.
