You have not given us enough information. For example, are you close to your innings limit or not? If close, you don't need to take any risks. Is Lincecum one of your best pitchers or a #5 starter. If one of the best, you have to roll with him. If he is not one of your best, you could give him the night off and make up the innings lost with a better starter of yours. If you want a useful answer, don't ask one variable questions. Good baseball decisions are not made by asking an informationless question on this board. Learn to do your own matchup analysis that includes all of the variables, that are known only to you.
