If I were you, I would try to package one of my decent starters AND a closer for a top starter.

Package Gio and one of your lesser closers for King Felix or Verlander. Or perhaps Burnett (since he is more likely to implode).

This would improve your pitching AND open a roster slot for Pablo. He is a big dude, he might need TWO roster slots.
