  • Danny Espinosa or Jose Altuve at second?

    Altuve is my current 2B but I have a chance to pick up Espinosa. Is he worth a shot? Their numbers across the board are very similar (Espinosa's power #'s a bit higher) but Altuve plays in weak line-up. I need a back up SS so I am putting in claim for Espinosa (drop Altuve). Am I making a big mistake??

      Go with Espinoza, he's been making good contact since the All-Star break. Plus Washington as a team has better hitting stats across the board than Houston and they have better bats in their line-up. Plus he'll get constant playing time with Desmond out with the oblique injury

      We added Espinosa as a backup at 2B/SS (behind Kinsler and Ramirez/Tulo(DL)). Espinosa has a pretty good hitting cast around him, plus he adds better than average 2B/SS stats in HR and SB, which are always in need. Can the rest of your team carry his poorer BA?
