You made out big time...all the people who try to make it seem like it was a fair deal are only saying that because they know people like you come on here to gloat over trades (whether real or made up) and try to get everyone to be like "wow, you made out big time you are so lucky"...so they can feel good about themselves. That is what you are doing, otherwise, why would you need "help" over a trade that has already been processed? You suckered a poor player into a horrible deal. Congratulations.

Well, I absolutely agree with Verlander being the best, but who could say who's going to perform better as a team. They both are either #1 or #2 offense in their divisions imo, but I suppose we will see.

And I read a few of the other comments, and those guys are idiots. Fielder and Cabrera are NOT even. Cabrera is the #1 ranked 3B, and Fielder is the #3 1B. So what you did is trade the #1 pitcher, the #3 1b, and Austin Jackson (who is performing well, but even at that is not especially good) for the the #2 1B, the #1 3B, and Annibal Sanchez, who is a FINE pitcher with a great K/9, plays in a brand new pitcher friendly park, WILL NOT kill your WHIP or ERA, and at the end of the year, will not put up Verlander's numbers, but will still have a pretty solid line.

It depends on the league. If you're in a league that awards points based on the # of times a player says "No speaka inglais", then you made out like a bandit and Hoo-rah to you. Conversely, if you're in a roto league that has "DUI's" and "BAC" as categories, Miguel Cabrera is the worst player you could've acquired besides Josh Hamilton. In that case, I'd recommend abandoning ship Master Chief.
