I have both on my roster....I'd say you could get more for ethier, Altuve is having a great season, but ethier is a pretty proven star and helps you out more than Altuve for all categories except stolen bases and gets a few less runs. Maybe ask for a pitche too. There's no way I'd do that straight up.
