Keeping SP's in a lineup is dumb fantasy strategy...RP's are more important.

Just make sure you have as many SP starts as your head to head opponent and if you don't pick up a "probable" SP that you like to fill the void.

Making trades like this for long term keepers is really really DUMB.

I think you would do better to trade Marmol and Broxton/Johnson than including Balfour. Balfour will get more save opps than Broxton and he won't kill you at times in whip and era like Broxton can and does.
