Hi everyone. I am back again for another season to offer up advice on anything you need help with in 2012 fantasy baseball. Since last season I had two books published which are both on Amazon.
2012 Draft Guide: Post-Free Agency Edition: http://www.amazon.com/Fantasy-Sports-Baseball-Draft-Guide/dp/1468139444/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1325088569&sr=8-6
Advanced Strategies For Winning Your League: http://www.amazon.com/Fantasy-Baseball-A...
Ask any question you like in any format and I will answer them within 24 hours just like last season. I look forward to more of the same in 2012 and good luck.
Rank these guys as 2012 and beyond keepers. Keeping 9 players and have 1st pick in draft. 15 teams
*Bryce Harper Justin Verlander
*Mike Trout Jeff Weaver
*Eric Hosmer Zach Greinke
*Michael Morse Matt Moore
*Dustin Ackley Adam Wainwright
Yonder Alonso Julio Teheran
I did not try to field a competitive team for 2011 as my team was that pathetic. The 1st place team is so far and above any other in the league, and even before the draft, has a 95% chance of winning the league now and for years to come. I dont plan on the 2nd place finish in 2012, so looking to 2013 as my breakout.
So, who would you keep looking to the long term? I will be trying to put together trade packages for another top notch bat or 2, but even then I will be behind that "elite" team as he has (Braun, Kemp, Cabrera, Kinsler, HRamirez, Fielder, Stanton, McCutchen, and Lincecum) as his 9 keepers so I wont be able to trade for them.

1. *Bryce Harper Justin Verlander
2. *Mike Trout Jeff Weaver
3. *Eric Hosmer Zach Greinke
4. *Michael Morse Matt Moore
5. *Dustin Ackley Adam Wainwright
2. Yonder Alonso Julio Teheran

5. Jeff Francoeur
3. Pedro Alvarez

I am entering year 3 of a 12 team keeper league, 9x9 settings. Which 6 of these players should I keep? The penalty for keeping a player is losing the round above which they are took in the previous draft, free agents count toward the 16th round out of 23. The number next to the player is the round I would lose for this upcoming draft. Thanks
Emilio Bonifacio 16
Alex Gordon 16
Desmond Jennings 16
Derek Jeter 2
Hunter Pence 5
Alex Rodriguez 3
Mark Teixeira 1
Dan Uggla 4
Neil Walker 14
Yovani Gallardo 3
Freddy Garcia 16
Gio Gonzalez 7
Jason Isringhausen 16
Jon Lester 3
Brandon McCarthy 16
J.J. Putz 8
CC Sabathia 1
Fernando Salas 16
Zach Stewart 16
Edinson Volquez 18
I'm considering: D. Jennings, A. Gordon, H. Pence keeping almost for sure. I'm up in the air about D. Uggla, N. Walker, G. Gonzalez, Brandon McCarthy and F. Salas.
SPORTZMAN: CJ Wilson could actually do even better pitching with the great defense behind him in Los Angeles and the ballpark is a plus as well in leaving the Texas launching pad.
as far as Braun is concerned, he wont beat the test as no one ever does and so he drops to fourth round territory at the very least.
