Who to Start Message Board
H2H league, 3 SP spots, 2 RP spots, 2 P spots.
Here is how my pitching staff looks:
SP - Felix Hernandez
SP - James Shields
SP - Jonathan Sanchez
RP - Leo Nunez
RP - Ryan Madson
P - Joel Hanrahan
P - Sergio Santos
BN - Roy Oswalt (pitching today)
BN - David Price
BN - Tim Hudson
BN - Kyle Lohse
BN - Anibal Sanchez
DL - Andrew Bailey
Should I leave it as is and not start Oswalt, or swap one of my RP's for him? Personally, I'm thinking about about leaving it as is, however, Price got roughed up a bit last night so more innings to lower my weekly ERA wouldn't hurt. Thoughts?
Might wanna read this - Manager Charlie Manuel said Oswalt probably won't throw more than 60 to 65 pitches in his start Tuesday, the Philadelphia Daily News reports.
Recommendation: Oswalt will still be building up arm strength during the start. "It should be interesting," Oswalt said. "The biggest thing is just getting my arm strength going again. You've got to build your arm strength when you haven't thrown in a while. It may take a start or two to get going." Oswalt sounds like he'll be a risky play Tuesday against the Cardinals.
