I am interested in seeing the most uneven trades some of the fantasy owners made
I traded shields
I got weeks, reynolds
I traded Cargo, Bautista
I got Fielder, zito
Post your best and worst
Traded Strasburg, got Vlad Guerrero (mid-season)
Traded Heath Bell, got Wright (early on)
Wish I could undo:
Traded Crawford, got Lincecum (literally the week Lincecum decided to suck at baseball... ouch!)
Best trade: (non keeper)
I give: Strasburg/Wagner
I get: Tulo
this was right when Tulo came off the DL and basically right before the wheels started to fall off Strasburg, I got most of the production outta SS this season
In May, I dealt Kevin Jepsen (then the ML holds leader) and Casey McGehee to get Matt Holliday.
Actually my best trade may be one I didn't make. In late April, I offered two of my marginal SP for Alex Rios, who was riding the bench of another owner, but I figured for a comeback year, and I could use an extra OF. He countered by asking for David Price instead of the other two (initially higher rated) pitchers, and I said I'd pass, I had high hopes for my $1 pickup pitcher.
The next day he just dropped Rios. I waited for waivers to clear and just added him at no charge. :)
the trade i get bugged about and still makes me wonder what i was thinking. i gave up miguel cabrera and 2 throw ins for ryan zimmerman, bryan matusz and wade davis.we traded at the beginning of the season, the worst part is hes in first now, and i'm in second.
Got cc sabathia
traded jose baustista
this was a good trade at the time because he was in a major slump but looking at it now it i wish i would of kept him because i could of used all the stats he put up after i did that trade.
