i set up a league last year & knew id need some replacements for this year so here i am posting on the boards.
there are 4 leagues. i assigned the managers to the 4 leagues based on there winning % for baseball. the top 3 moved up to AA if they finished in the top 3 from A & the bottom 3 moved down to A if they finished in the bottom 3. the other 6 in between stayed put to have another shot at moving up next year.

since you'll be joining the league in its 2nd year, you'll have to start from the bottom & work your way up no matter your winning %. thanks for your interest. hope to hear from you.
