I could never advocate giving QUALITY hitting for pitching, unless you are tarding for a top five pitcher, Johan, Halladay, Tim L, Cole-trade RP for SP and vice versa. Another thing is Kinsler is currently at 260 or so, and he is not going to finsish there, he could end up as high as 320 this year, so whomever you trade him to is going to get all that upside. Having said all that, this is a decent rade, perfectly fair and whatnot. Hill isn't going to slump all that much, neither is Johnson. The manager your trading to most likely knows that Kinsler is going to go on a tear soon. Can you afford to let that go? What are the best picthers avail in your league? Liriano just isn't getting it done this year, he is dropable.

If it were me I would scour that waiver wire like a EMEFFER. I wouldn't want to put Kinsler's hot streak in another owners hands. Now that I have written down your team, I have some suggestions and questions, then after that I will give you a nay or yay on the trade.
1. Do you have a util sport for a hitter? Most leagues play with one util spot, but I can see a private league playing without one.
