I would say Lowell over Guillen, and I find your logic on Mora to be faulty.
Mora is older than Lowell, Lowell has a more "solid" lineup ahead of him, and Lowell (who was dealing with injury issues last year) says hes healthy (and Mora has missed more games total than Lowell).
I'd put both their upside at about 280, 20 homers...but I think Lowell has more RBI possibilities in the deep red sox lineup.
Either way, Carlos Guillen has less chance of reaching 20 HR than either of those guys.
