A very good team for speed, but maybe a bit shy on proven power - C Doumit is injury prone, OF McLouth, 1B Loney & 3B Evan are raw. Your best trading chip is at SS - try to get a 30hr/100RBI 1B (SD's Gonzalez?) or OF (Carlos Perez, Vlad, Ordonez?) and a P for Rollins or Reyes maybe.
Decent to potential great starters - again, you have rolled the dice, experiencewise, with Jurjens & Smith, but indications are they are the real deal. Watch them as they go through the league a second time.
Definite keepers: Philips. Reyes(or Roliins), Upton,Figgins,Wang, Mariano, Soria, and Marmol(great pick) Dont waste a DL on Carmona, he's cooked. Grab Cordero(Was) or Santilla(Oak) for the DL spot if you can.
And keep an eye on Cathers: Barajas(Tor), Synder(ari), Ianotta(Col) and sleeper Saltamarrrra(Tex).
Overall a good draft/waiver, great speed, solid pitching, and quality picks on the Newbies.
