Its actually a pretty even trade... Howard is a good pick up, but your not really gaining anything after dropping crawford.. to simplify it.. your getting 2 utility players (wells, konerko) and losing an ace. So where do you need more help?

I wouldn't do it for Manny or Zito. I don't even know why anyone would even keep him on their team, Manny and Ortiz are pretty worthless now. I would only do it if you're upgrading your OF meaning what you have now is worse than Manny and Wells

Of course it is good you are getting sooo much more then you should be. Ryan Howard, V-dub and Zito for Crawford and Santana would even be a fair trade. Do not be surprised if Zito out performs Santana. This is so good for u do it bro

thats a good trade. i dont know why everyone is hatin on zito so bad, he holds a 2.80 ERA, he has 6 wins, 37 k's not outstanding but decent. last year he had an ERA of 4.03. so what he had one bad game that he gave up 6 on. but all of his prior starts this season he hasnt given up more than 3 runs

what does the rest of your team look like. are these players filling needs?

all you talking about zito being bust need to recheck yourselves, hes doing just fine at the very least.

and to those who say manny is a beast, manny hasnt done shit productive all season but be injured and come back just to re injure and take days off un annouced fucking up my daily roster.
