Who to Start Message Board
I would start Sizemore all of the time and start the other based on previous performance with that pitcher.
the next option is to trade a couple of guys to strengthen your team in either the infield or pitching.
Assuming that you are going to keep all of those guys I would focus on sitting the one each day who has the least favorable match-up with the opposing teams starting pitcher.
More than likely, you will find at least one each day who is going up against another teams ace or at least try to avoid starting a batter who struggles against righties or lefties if the starter that day is throwing from that side.
If you have time check out the batter vs pitcher on espn under an individual players stats.
For instance I just checked and Dye is 2 for 2 against Guthrie all time with a HR and 2 RBI, small sample size but my gut and the numbers says to start him.
Matsui is 3 for 14 against Beckett with no HR or RBI so I would bench him.

it sounds crazy but matsui and griffey are the most consistent of those guys
they both in 25-30 homers and 90-100rbis each of last couple years
ibanez was coming off ashoulder problem first half last year hes actually the next best
