    St.Louis # 1 Goalie?

What do you think with the way Halak has been playing lately do you think he is the favourite over Elliot now to be the number one guy in St.Louis or will they continue to split? If Halak steals the show I need a new goalie I currently have Bishop, Luongo, Elliot as my goalies in H2H Yahoo League where we count W GAA SV% SHO, here are some notable goalies on Waivers who should I take a look at? Or should I hold on to Elliot?

    S.Mason
    F.Andersen
    A.Raanta
    Gustavsson
    Talbot
    M.Jones
    Poulin
    Nabokov
    Khudobin
    Peters
    C.Ward
    R.Emery
    Bryzgalov
    Scrivens
    Kuemper
    Montoya
    Lehner
    Giguere
    Lack
    Ramo

    • Considering the team Elliot plays on and the fact that Halak has proven to not be mentally tough, Elliot could still get many quality starts this season. And you know that Hitch will be cracking the backcheck/defensive whip on the Blues as the season progresses making the goalie numbers for Halak and Elliot even better as we go forward.

    • I would stick it out. If Ward was healthy I may make a move. Mason and Bryzgalov are the only starters there. And we all know how they have done.

      • I'd be tempted to drop him for Mason considering how well he's been playing and how Philly's turned it around, but then again it's a tough call. Even splitting starts with Halak, Elliott is going to get you a lot of wins just from being on one of the best teams in the league.

The STL goaltending situation is a bit murky though...they are apparently very interested in Ryan Miller, and if they managed to get him from Buffalo he will become their #1 goalie for sure, and Halak and Elliott's value is going to drop off a cliff.
