Sharp is off IR and played jlast night. When he went on IR, I picked up Saad, who's been pretty hot. Do I keep Sharp or Saad? My team is in the semi's and I don't want do too much tinkering, but I probably should not have both Saad and Sharp.

Wow, tough choice but not that difficult.
Sharp is a stud and now Saaad is up there as well. Playing with Toews and getting PP time. Saad has earned and deserves his top minutes. Unless he slacks off (not going to happen) he will continue to get his ice time.
As advised below KEEP Sharp on IR, there is no need to activate him to your roster and drop anyone.
This benefits you
1/ an awesome reserve player if you have another player injured
2/ Equally important prevents anyone from picking up your dropped player. In this case Sharp/Saad
Remember the 2nd as Sharp will get points and you will be tempted to activate him,,,,,,, don't do it unless injury occurs or until final week of playoffs
