Gaborik + Emery for M. Richards + Subban

I'd be getting Richards and Subban (I've got a surplus of RW and G, low on LW and D)

Does this seem like a fair trade or is there an overall winner? Categories are G A +/- PIM PPP SHP SOG, W GA SV SHO

I feel like Emery is just riding along a very strong Chicago team, and I should try to trade him now while he's still hot. Thoughts?
