Getzlaf and Shattenkirk for P. Kane
I'm not real sure I should accept that trade.
My current roster....
C - Huberdeau, Malkin (RW), Seguin (RW), P. Kane (RW), J. Staal (LW), B. Schenn (LW)
LW - Van Riemsdyk, J. Staal (C), B. Schenn (C), Neal (RW), Hartnell-IR
RW - Perry, Grabner, C. Stewart, Malkin (C), Seguin (C), P. Kane (C), Neal (LW)
D - J. Johnson, Keith, Suter, Despres, Burns-IR, Ryan Murray-NA
Util - Anybody
G - Rask, Howard, Fleury, J. Bernier, Markstrom-NA
I'd really like to get Pietrangelo or Karlsson, but Shattenkirk is probably my third pick or in my top five. I have OCD-type issues, so I've been wanting to trade Kane to balance out my roster, have 2 C/LW and 2 C/RW. I just picked up Despres from waivers. I watch the Pens (favorite team) and I believe in this kid. I just grabbed Ryan Murray on a whim. I like to have PIM+skill players. PIM, to me, is just an easy category to win while not sacrificing too much in other areas. I have no attachment to Van Riemsdyk, Grabner or Stewart.
So... out of those guys, who would you drop to complete the deal? The other guy likes Grabner, so... I'm thinking I'll include Grabner and make a few little changes to the deal.
Kane, Grabner and Van Riemsdyk, for Getzlaf, Shattenkirk, Landeskog as the basis.
Do you assume, like me that Landeskog Van Riemsdyk?
Now, would you trade someone on my roster for Keith Yandle? Keith, perhaps?
I'm thinking of making it Kane, Grabner, Van Riemsdyk and Keith for Getzlaf, Yandle, Landeskog and Shattenkirk..... When I get it all together like that, I like it.
Would you trade Christ Stewart for Blake Wheeler? Could add that as well.
Thanks for reading all that #$%$.
