Is Mikko Koivu top 10 center playing with Parise?

I got him in the 10th round in a 12 team league, standard scoring.

  Koivu is a solid player when healthy, primarily in the assist department. Is he a top 10 center? Absolutely not, as C is very deep and has many other better options. Getting him in round 10 is decent value, only because C is super deep as it is.
