Anyone know why we can't do pro leagues in Canada this year?

  canadians couldn't do it last year either - i tried signing up a couple of times befor...
  
  canadians couldn't do it last year either - i tried signing up a couple of times before reading the fine print at the bottom - has to do with gambling laws i think. it says in the "What's new" section that pro leagues are availabe for 2012/2013 but i don't see them up yet anywhere.
