There is a strong suggestion out there that KuBu and Reuti are going to change cars if KuBu doesn't perform.
In the meantime, Tommy Baldwin has to do everything he can to get/keep that car in the top 35, and a ringer was the best way to go with the very poor quality car they had.
Tomy WAS doing well with it, too, considering what a second-rate car it is - it seems he "got some help"....tempers are short, now, and slower cars will start getting punted...
