    Who to take with 1st draft pick?

    In a snake draft H2H not keepers league you want to be in the middle or late. Don't be 1st. If you're 1, 2 or 3... I'd go with a Sedin... Even though he'll score 40 goals, I don't like how Stamkos finished the season... Ovechkin will have the same type of season he had last year bro...

    • Have been pondering this question for a while too, am leaning towards Perry in the 1st (and Getzy in the 2nd..), he's just overall most valubale, depends of course on your league settings and then on your initial draft position, if I was drafting 1st I'd probably still draft Perry, there aren't too many really elite RWs (to me he's the only player with 50G/100pts/100PIM+ potential), while yahoo helped a lot on the left side by switching Z, Dats, Mule & Heater to LW; if Perry is gone by the time I'm drafting, then I'd go with these (in descending order depending on availability): Stammer, Ovie, Daniel, Sid (hope he recovers fully..), Gino (I believe he's gonna open some eyes this year - in a couple of mock drafts I did he was taken in the 1st round in most cases, although he's slotted 17th), Getzy;
      If possible, I'm taking some multi-faceted offensive stud in the 1st, I'm usually not drafting G before 3rd and D before 6th, anything higher than that is a wasted pick imo, felt really sorry for those who jumped on Green or Doughty or Miller in the 1st round last year, while I easily picked Daniel 9th, then Enstrom in 9th, Visnovsky in 10th, Letang in 11th, Buff in 12th, Carlson in 13th and to top it off, in one case it was Thomas from waivers...) Then again, everybody has a different strategy and will tell you differently..
      Hope this helps a bit and good luck! ;-)
