It is a salary cap league with prospects, salary cap is 66 million... any potential manager must have lots of experience with fantasy hockey and have some understanding of the salary cap and prospects and most important a good amount of knowledge about the game itself.

roster positions are 4 C 2 LW 2 RW 2 W 2 F 6 D 1 G 4 BENCH 5 IR.
