If the ref said what Burrows said he did, about "payback" and making the ref look bad, then the ref is a piece of you know what, and he should be severely reprimanded and or fired.
Does anyone remember what happend to the NBA ref? I know its a bit different, but the bottom line is, as a ref you are supposed to be invisible and most of all unbiased. we are all only human and can tolerate so much yapping etc. but that ref made more than 2 bad calls on Burrows. Or have we seen worse/better calls, at worse/better times in a game?
They also showed footage of the ref skating with Burrows before the game, just like Burrows mentioned. What was that all about?
Burrows has a right to call out the ref, IF the ref said that BS.
If not, burrows got what he deserved.
