    Here is my current squad. What should I do b4 the trade deadline to improve my team.

    C - Eric Staal, Mike Ribeiro, Henrik Sedin
    LW - Brendan Morrow, Rick Nash, Paul Kariya
    RW - Daniel Alfreddson, JP Dumont, Radhim Vrbata
    D - Gonchar, Kronwall, and S. Neidermayer
    G - Fleury and Huet

    I was thinking about dropping Kariya and picking up either Martin Biron or Tim Thomas. Which one should I pick up??

      tell you this much there are better positional players out there right now than kariya hes...

      tell you this much there are better positional players out there right now than kariya hes in a huge slump like guerin check out theese 3 players if available andrew ladd,sam gagner,and samsonov..all 3 will help you down the stretch..dont look at overall look at the past month with all 3 of them..and if marek zidlicky is available grab him too

      Huet is going to be the #1 guy in Washington. He was brought in to let Olie go when his co...

      Huet is going to be the #1 guy in Washington. He was brought in to let Olie go when his contract is up this year. Huet's first game...a shutout. Olie's first after Huet comes....a 3-2 loss. Huet will probably start tonight against Boston. If he does well, Olie will start to sit more. Do not get rid of Huet!! Biron is spotty and Philly is blah lately. But with players coming back in a couple of weeks, he could be good. Kariya has gone ice cold. Depending on your needs, drop or trade Kariya for a better winger if not a goalie. Check your league for Price or Theodore as well.

        If I drop Kariya and pick up Thomas. I see that Samsonov is on fire right now, and I need help in the goal scoring dept. Should I drop Vrbata in favor of Samsonov?? Or should I stick with Nash an Morrow at LW and go w/ alfie, Dumont and Vrbata on the RW?

      Definitely drop Kariya for Thomas...the Bruins are playing well and Thomas is playing even...

      Definitely drop Kariya for Thomas...the Bruins are playing well and Thomas is playing even better. I would go with 3 goalies as you can choose matchups accordingly.

      Do not drop Huet for Biron...Biron is terribly inconsistent and the Flyers aren't that good of a team.
