I'd ship off Perry for Neal.
Can't really go wrong here. Neal is a pure goal-scorer, and is getting consistent play time with the 2 best play-makers in the league with Crosby & Malkin.
Perry is also mainly a goal-scorer and he is sure to do better, but not more so than Neal IMO.
