How do i make my team better????
You have a solid team although there are holes in your defence.
Johnson isn't producing much despite supposively there to pack a punch in the offense on the powerplay. Jaybo isn't doing much and has been used in more of a shutdown role.Campbell is a big name but he simply isn't doing very well with Chicago not what it was since being torn down and after coming back from injury, I'd say pick up a forward instead and have an empty d-spot.
Pavelec is an interesting one, I believe in Atlanta and think that you should ride him till at least Rinne gets back. When he does, package him with Tavares, a defenceman to get a top goaltender + defenceman.
Another problem is your Dallas players and like mentioned above, without Richards, those players will stink it up. Trade them soon and maybe include them to seal the deal for your package in getting a goalie.
"I would Drop - Tavarse, Erik Johnson, Brian Campbell, and Jay Bouwmeester"
You are very weak on D. 3 Big names that will not produce here. And Tavares is and will have an off year. Drop drop drop. Or see if any moron in your pool wants these Dmen for, well, anything. I also agree with packaging Tavares and Pavelec for a legit #1 goalie on a decent team (ward, hiller, anderson, or as good as you can do).
