I would consider Gagner or Morrison. I'm not sure what their FO% is and I know Vermette is a solid FO guy from his time in Ottawa but Washington has been rolling lines almost every game and Morrison gets time with Ovie. Gagner has been in between Hemsky and Penner and although his stats aren't great he will eventually start putting the pucks in like he can. Everyone had a bad year on Edmonton last year and this year they are picking it up.
